The Synod of the Heartland is a fellowship of congregations called by God and empowered by the Holy Spirit to be people both transformed and transforming.

Our shared task is to equip congregations for ministry. Seven classes, and 144 congregations all seeking to live and love like Jesus.Our vision is to change the world as we follow Jesus by

cultivating transformation in Christ
equipping emerging leaders of today and tomorrow
engaging in Christs kingdom mission
