Disciple-Making: Beyond Programs:  Are you sick of creating a new program every year to plug people info in hopes they come out a better disciple?  Let’s look at the strategy of Jesus and why he poured his life into the twelve.  Jesus Himself became the curriculum which shaped the disciples and there are ways this can be transferred into a workable strategy in the church.
 
Farming For Faith: This workshop discusses the role of teachers as faith nurturers.  How do we help students’ faith grow?  How do we plant the seeds of the Gospel?  What is our role in leading a child to Christ? Includes tips on how to teach a child to pray, how to ask good questions, and how to make room in the classroom for a student to experience God’s presence.

God’s Plan For The Classroom: Tired of time-outs and out-of-control chaos?  This workshop will explore the in’s and out’s of who our kids are today and what God’s plan is for the classroom including several pro-active strategies for classroom management.

 Marking Faith Milestones Within The Family:  This workshop will identify those special stops along the journey that families and the church can mark together along with ideas that help churches be more intentionally family focused!

How to Become a High Definition Leader:  This workshop is designed to affirm volunteers and equip them for their unique role and calling within the church.  Perfect for a volunteer appreciation night!

Pray With Me:  This workshop will train educators and volunteers how to help children grow in prayer and several prayer experiences you can utilize in the classroom or at home.
