EAST AND WEST SIOUX CLASSIS
CLASSIS LEADER
The Reformed Church in America (RCA) East and West Sioux Classis are seeking a Classis Leader (CL) to serve as a catalytic leader and coach in the two classes. The CL will help achieve the vision for Northwest Iowa by coming alongside of pastors, consistories and congregations to inspire, equip, and empower them to multiply ministry in our region. The CL will work primarily in the areas of Multiplication and Revitalization as well as being a member of both Classis Executive Teams.
Men and women with a passion and experience for sharing Christ, building teams, developing networks and forming effective ministry partnerships are encouraged to apply. A detailed job description is posted below.

Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministries
Cedar Hills Community Church, Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Christ centered, outreach oriented, energetic and creative Director of Youth Ministries sought for growing middle and high school ministry and to begin a young adult ministry. With the assistance of the youth ministry teams, student leaders and parent booster club, the Director will be responsible for program development, student leadership development, recruitment and training of volunteers, promoting, scheduling and coordinating activities, mission trips and camps. Position is full-time and requires daytime, evening and weekend, including overnight, working hours. The Director works under the supervision of and reports to the Senior Pastor.
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry or other related field, plus 2 years of experience is required. RCA pastor or pastoral candidate preferred.
Compensation: This is a full time, at-will, salaried staff position with benefits. Salary will be negotiated depending on experience and qualifications.
